Recipe: Turmeric Roasted Cauliflower with Lemon Tahini Dressing

Turmeric Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients:

One head of cauliflower
Two tbsp extra virgin olive oil
One tbsp turmeric
One tbsp cumin
Salt and pepper to taste
Juice from half a lemon

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Wash and break the cauliflower into bite size pieces. Put in a bowl and add the oil, turmeric, cumin, salt and pepper. Place on a lined baking sheet and put in the oven for 20-25 minutes, flipping the cauliflower half way through. The edges of the cauliflower should be crispy. Toss the cauliflower in lemon juice and serve with lemon tahini dressing.
